Terms & Conditions
Effective date: March 22, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vbs.ar (the "Site") and any related products, services, digital deliveries, account assistance, top-up assistance, customer support, or checkout flows offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are operated by DomyGS LLC, with address at 1209 MOUNTAIN ROAD PL NE STE R, 87110, ALBUQUERQUE, USA ("DomyGS LLC," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
VBS.AR is a digital commerce project operated by DomyGS LLC. The Site may offer, from time to time, services related to Fortnite virtual currency, Fortnite Crew, digital account assistance, digital top-up processing, and similar digital-service workflows.
VBS.AR and DomyGS LLC are independent from Epic Games, Fortnite, Xbox, Microsoft, Roblox, or any other platform owner unless expressly stated otherwise. All third-party names, brands, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or the purpose of the service.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- be legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
- provide accurate and complete information when requested;
- have authority over any account you ask us to work on or access for service performance;
- comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and platform rules.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Nature of the Services
Depending on the product purchased, the Services may include:
- digital top-up or reload assistance;
- digital delivery of virtual goods or benefits;
- processing support for purchases made for the customer's account;
- account-based fulfillment workflows that may require customer cooperation;
- customer support before, during, or after fulfillment.
Some Services may require the customer to provide access credentials, one-time codes, temporary cooperation, or confirmation steps needed to complete the order. You acknowledge that certain Services are time-sensitive and operationally dependent on third-party systems beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or of any third-party platform involved in fulfillment.
4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by us. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or hold any order at our discretion, including where we detect:
- suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized payment activity;
- inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent customer information;
- operational limitations;
- pricing or listing errors;
- elevated platform risk;
- inability to complete delivery through the selected method.
An order is not considered fully completed until fulfillment has occurred or we confirm completion to you.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- provide true, current, and complete information;
- ensure that any login credentials or account details you provide belong to you or that you are authorized to use them;
- follow all delivery instructions provided on the Site or by support;
- maintain access to your email, account, device, and security methods needed to complete the order;
- not reverse, dispute, or attempt to recover delivered value after successful fulfillment in bad faith;
- not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Account access for fulfillment
Where a product requires account access for fulfillment, you are responsible for:
- providing usable and accurate credentials;
- temporarily disabling or cooperating with security steps if clearly required for fulfillment;
- ensuring that the account is eligible to receive the purchased service;
- restoring your password and security settings after fulfillment if you choose.
You remain responsible for your own platform accounts before and after fulfillment.
6. Account Access and Fulfillment Authorization
For some Services, you may voluntarily provide account credentials or access information so that we can perform the purchased service on your behalf.
By doing so, you authorize us solely to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- access the relevant account;
- complete the purchased service;
- use checkout, redemption, top-up, or related account functions needed to fulfill the order;
- communicate with you if further action is needed.
You acknowledge and agree that
- you provide access information at your own direction for service performance;
- we may be unable to complete the order if access details are incorrect, unavailable, restricted, or revoked;
- fulfillment may be delayed or canceled if the account has security locks, eligibility restrictions, pending verifications, or platform limitations;
- we do not become the owner, controller, or long-term custodian of your account.
We recommend that customers update their passwords after order completion.
7. Pricing, Payments, and Fees
Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change at any time before checkout. We may correct pricing mistakes, listing mistakes, or calculation errors even after an order is placed.
By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any taxes, fees, or currency conversion costs that may apply.
You are responsible for:
- verifying product details before purchase;
- confirming the selected product, region, method, and amount;
- any bank, card issuer, wallet, processor, or exchange fees charged by third parties.
We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences, intermediary charges, or charges imposed by your payment provider.
8. Delivery Times
Any delivery estimate shown on the Site, in checkout, or in support messages is only an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual fulfillment times may vary due to:
- order volume;
- customer response times;
- platform queues or delays;
- verification or fraud checks;
- system outages;
- regional or technical restrictions.
Delay alone does not automatically entitle a customer to cancellation or refund where fulfillment remains possible.
9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
Our refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In general, because many of our Services involve digital goods, digital benefits, or account-based fulfillment that may begin quickly after purchase, orders may become non-cancelable once processing starts.
Without limiting the Refund Policy:
- completed digital deliveries are generally non-refundable;
- successfully fulfilled account-based services are generally non-refundable;
- refunds are typically not available where the customer provided incorrect information, failed to cooperate, lost access to the account, changed their mind after processing began, or violated these Terms;
- if we cannot fulfill the order for reasons within our control, we may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or alternative resolution.
Improper chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals after successful delivery may result in account restrictions, denial of future service, evidence submission to the payment processor, and any other remedies available by law.
10. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
We may request identity confirmation, proof of payment, account ownership confirmation, or additional verification before processing an order.
We may suspend, delay, cancel, or refuse service where we reasonably suspect:
- stolen payment instruments;
- unauthorized transactions;
- impersonation;
- abusive refund behavior;
- false claims of non-delivery;
- platform abuse;
- resale activity that creates unusual risk.
We may keep reasonable records related to fraud prevention, compliance, disputes, and chargeback defense in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site or Services to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- infringe any third-party rights;
- interfere with the Site's operation or security;
- test, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Site without authorization;
- submit false information or fraudulent claims;
- use stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods without permission;
- harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or support channels.
We may suspend or refuse service for any misuse.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our Services may depend on third-party websites, games, launchers, account systems, payment processors, communications tools, or other platforms we do not control.
We are not responsible for:
- changes made by third parties to their systems, pricing, policies, or eligibility rules;
- outages, bans, suspensions, eligibility blocks, or limitations imposed by third parties;
- losses caused by your own violation of a third-party platform's terms;
- functionality or availability of third-party services.
Your use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, branding, logos, design elements, graphics, software, layouts, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to DomyGS LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or exploit Site content except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that:
- the Site will always be available, secure, or error-free;
- any delivery will occur within a specific time unless expressly agreed;
- third-party platforms will remain compatible with any service method;
- any particular commercial result or user outcome will be achieved.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DomyGS LLC and its officers, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, account issues, business interruption, or payment-provider losses arising out of or related to the Site or Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DomyGS LLC and its officers, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your misuse of the Site or Services;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of law or third-party rights;
- your unauthorized use of payment methods, accounts, or credentials;
- disputes caused by inaccurate information or lack of authority over an account involved in fulfillment.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, store, and disclose information as described there.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, where we believe this is necessary to protect the Company, customers, payment systems, support channels, or third parties.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to payments, refunds, chargebacks, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in New Mexico, United States, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us in good faith and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction give you additional rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted on the Site unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DomyGS LLC regarding the Site and Services, except where additional written terms expressly apply to a specific product or order.
